What a week…

I can’t believe so much time has passed from my last post.  What’s really amazing is the amount of stuff that’s happened in that amount of time.

Scott and I got married last week, which was wonderful and we’re both thrilled about.  Our wedding day was perfect.  We had a wonderful little wedding and had an awesome evening out on the town after (kids happily being read tons of books at home with one of our friends ;) ) Of course our evening involved no alcohol ;p  Though one of Scott’s coworkers gave us champagne flutes and sparkling cider ;)

We also visited one of the charter schools in our area last week and I was so incredibly impressed.  Just visiting the school made me feel about 98 times better about making schooling choices for Cassidy.  We go to visit another charter school next week.

So far as pregnancy goes I am feeling nice and nauseous.  And just like with the boys stupid things set it off, like feeling things under my feet, seeing tissues lying around the house.  And of course smells.  I’ve been reduced to actually wearing my house shoes because it’s more tolerable to have slippers on my feet than step on the random crumb by the kitchen table (which induces gagging).

I’m also still feeling exhausted.  I want to sleep all day long.  I have so much to do.  My “moving break” from my websites is officially over and I have so much I need to get done.  Not to mention household management and taking care of and playing with the children.  And spending time with Scott.  And finding some time to think about this new baby!  Whew.  But I swear that manufacturing a baby is the most exhausting thing I can ever do.  It’s more tiring than loading and unloading a moving truck was.

The nausea and exhaustion are my primary challenges right now.  They make me cranky which is challenging for my family.  I am going to try and stick to our daily schedule pretty strictly from here on our and work on making sure I’m getting meals/snacks/water/naps to see how that helps.

Oh I also called our local midwife and we have an interview with her next week.  Which means we’ll officially tell the kids about the new baby on the way in the next week or so.  And I need to figure out how to tell my parents.  We’ve told just about everyone else.

So many things to do.  The challenges of life never do end, heh.
