Scott is absolutely addicted to chips and salsa so I really need to get around to figuring out how to make a fermented salsa for him. I would love for us to try Zukay’s, which you can’t get anywhere close to use. I’ve seriously considered having a case of it sent up here so we can try it… and I can study it :p
