Practicing For Birth – Interview with Wintergreen, Part 1

I was able to interview Wintergreen from The Common Knowledge Trust about childbirth, preparing for birth, “practicing for birth,” pain in birth, and many other things – the call was so meaty that I decided to break it up into two parts.  Wintergreen also turned the tables and interviewed me for awhile… I have that interview as well and will post it later.

But to begin with, here’s the first part of our interview – we talk about preparing for birth, if you should “practice” for birth and what that means, and other topics surrounding childbirth.  Just click the play button below to play, or “right click, save as” on the link below to save it to your computer:

Surprisingly I haven’t heard of Wintergreen before so I’m looking forward to listening to this interview. Thanks for creating such an informative website :)

Great interview! I’m a birth and pp doula. I have been having my birth clients use the Pink Kit for about 8 months now, and it has made a world of difference for each family. First birthers are pushing babies out in less than an hour, usually. No c-sections this year, either. Yay!!! Pink Kit skills are wonderful for everybody and for every birth.
